Yes, smoking is permitted onboard, only outside and only in areas permitted by the captain.
If unsafe conditions (e.g. lightning or storms) are forecasted, we’ll help you reschedule. Light rain typically won’t cancel the trip.
We require 7 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Weather-related cancellations are handled with flexibility and safety in mind.

Gratuity is not included, but always appreciated. Typical tips range from 15–20% for excellent service.
Absolutely! Families are welcome. You will need to provide the age/ weight of each child onboard so they can be fitted with the proper equipment. Feel free to bring your own life vests if you have them.
Yes – our yacht includes 3 private marine restrooms.
Yes! You will need to bring your own gear and bait.
Yes! Most charters anchor near popular swim spots near the bay.
We suggest:
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Towels and swimwear
- Non-marking shoes/sandals
- Snacks and drinks (alcohol is allowed!)
- Your favorite music playlist 🎶
- Private use of the yacht
- Ice, bottled water, and light cleaning supplies
- Marine restroom onboard
- Bluetooth sound system
- Fuel for local cruising
- Safety gear and orientation
You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations for your celebration.
Up to 13 passengers per US Coast Guard safety regulations.
We provide bareboat charters, which means you rent the yacht and choose your own captain. We’ll share a list of experienced, USCG-licensed local captains who know Galveston waters well.

Our captain Matt Miller was fabulous ensuring our needs were met. He went out of his way to grab extra supply to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The entire day was very enjoyable. It was just simple day and nothing was expected of us which is what we wanted. We couldn’t asked for a better charter. My son was so pleased with this trip and bragged all the way back to our hotel. It was a huge win! The yacht was big and spacious we had so much room to roam it is well kept and very clean. We will absolutely book again and soon.
